Professor Murat Sertel passed away on January 25, 2003 due to a heart attack in Marseilles, France, where he was attending VIII Coalition Theory Workshop. We all remember Murat Sertel as a distinguished scholar, an enthusiastic teacher, surely a mentor. His passing leaves a huge gap in our lives and academic world.
